FLS In-Person Learning Pods
Worried about sending your kids back to school? FLS Learning Pods are a safe, stress-free way to keep your kids on track and even excel in these uncertain times. Kids can meet with friends and learn from the safety of home with one of our expert tutors.
How Learning Pods Work
Step 1 – Create a pod. Homeschooling doesn’t mean you have to do it alone. Establishing a small group can help your child to socialize and help you to split the costs.
Step 2 – Contact FLS Tutors. We’ll begin with a consultation and help you to navigate accreditation requirements.
Step 3 – Come to an agreement among pod members regarding COVID considerations. (see below)
Step 4 – Choose what curriculums and programs you want your child to learn and be a part of. Then, we will match you with the perfect state-certified teacher.
Step 5– Sit back and relax. We’ll take care of the rest. Teaching, homework supervision, and progress reports are all provided through FLS Learning Pods.

COVID Considerations
- Each Household has its own level of risk tolerance with which we will comply. Every pod is required to discuss their level of risk tolerance and come to a collective agreement regarding COVID-related safety protocols, which will be signed, and submitted to your pod director for review and confirmation.
- We will provide public health guidelines, metrics, and discussion points around COVID risk to inform your discussion with all Pod members to come to an agreement.
- We will match your Pod with a Pod Director who shares the same level of COVID-related safety practices.
- Each family will be required to sign a waiver that releases FLS Tutors and all other parties (including the host family) from all liabilities; in particular, unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
- We will respect your privacy of information.
